Sounders Dallas SMS/Email Sign-Up Giveaway Policy

1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to individuals who sign up for the Sounders Dallas SMS and/or email list.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Entry:

• To enter, participants must subscribe to the Sounders Dallas SMS and/or email list.
• Each entry will automatically roll over to subsequent months if not selected as a winner, provided the participant remains subscribed.

3. Prize:

• One winner will be selected monthly to receive 2 free tickets to a Sounders Dallas show of their choice.
• Tickets are subject to availability and must be redeemed within 3 months of the winner announcement.

4. Winner Selection and Announcement:

• One winner will be chosen at random at the beginning of each month.
• Winners will be notified via text message.
• Sounders Dallas reserves the right not to select a winner for any given month.

5. Notification:

• Winners will be contacted via the phone number provided during sign-up.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Sounders Dallas reserves the right to select another winner or to forgo awarding the prize for that month.

6. General Conditions:

• Sounders Dallas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Sounders Dallas, which are final and binding.

7. Privacy:

• Participant information collected during the sign-up process will be used for the purpose of the giveaway and communication from Sounders Dallas. Your information will not be shared with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• Sounders Dallas is not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or other problems that may result in the incorrect or untimely entry or receipt of winner notifications.
• By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sounders Dallas from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway.
